Public transport,both bus and train, car rentals, and major banks are all within 200 metres of our hotel. An airport shuttle bus service operates to and from the hotel. Early arriving guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea in our cafe.

Advance bookings of more than 6 weeks, we require a 2 week notice before cancelling, otherwise a notice of 2 days prior. If not on both a 2 night charge will apply. BOOKINGS CANCELED OR SHORTENED ONCE YOU ARE HERE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
In certain periods such as Mardi Gras, Xmas/ New year we have a minimum booking of 7 nights, if the booking has been made more than 6 weeks in advance we require a 4 week notice before canceling or a 50% charge of the full amount will apply, if cancelled within the 4 weeks or on the day of arrival the full 7 night charge will apply. We also do not accept shortening of the stay once here.
Reasons for our cancellation policy As a small 9 room hotel we need to sell most or all to stay in business. When a booking is confirmed with a credit card we no longer advertise the room as vacant, subsequently we have turned away all other bookings We are not large enough to overbook as the major hotels do to cover for "no show"
